Introduction: "This Roy Rogers starring vehicle has an abundance of action, a pleasing musical score and a plethora of familiar heavies. The film is highlighted by a relay race in which Rogers rides to victory on Trigger. Gabby Hayes and Dale Evans are the chief supporting actors. The Sons of the Pioneers have prominent singing parts although most of their tasks are hard riding. Three of them, including Bob, took turns announcing in the relay race.

Plot Summary: Roy Rogers, as a screen and radio star, makes a personal appearance in his small Western hometown, now under the denomination of a criminal. Rogers meets one of his fans, Miss  Jackie Dalrymple, spoiled daughter of a one-time cowboy now a millionaire meat packer who tries to discourage her love of the west. Thieving racketeers resort to murder and the same gang attempts to prevent Rogers from winning an important relay race. However, Rogers wins the race, smiles from Miss Dalrymple and the approval of her father.
